Pause A Moment is not designed for crisis intervention.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at legal@pauseamoment.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith efforts for at least thirty (30) days before commencing formal proceedings.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
